How We Work

Exactly what happens
after you reach out.

No mystery. No vague "discovery process." Here's the exact sequence from your first message to a running system — what Muhammad does, what you do, and how long each step takes.

The Six Phases
01
Free Strategy Call
24 hrs
You fill out the audit form

Answer a few questions about your business — what you're selling, how leads come in, what tools you're using, and where you think things are breaking down. Takes about 5 minutes. Muhammad reviews it within 24 hours and comes back with a specific read on your situation.

What you get: A clear diagnosis. What's broken, what needs to be built, and in what order. No obligation.
02
Discovery
45–60 min call
One call. Muhammad does the listening.

If the audit shows a fit, Muhammad books a discovery call. This isn't a sales call — it's a systems conversation. He asks detailed questions about how your business actually operates: how leads come in, what your team does when they arrive, what tools are involved, where things fall apart, and what a solved version looks like.

What you get: Muhammad's full picture of your operation. The foundation for everything built next.
03
System Design
2–3 days
Architecture before automation

Muhammad maps your entire system before writing a single workflow. This includes CRM architecture (custom fields, pipeline stages, contact logic), integration map (which tools connect where), automation logic (triggers, branches, failure paths), and the sequencing of what gets built in what order. You review and approve the design before any build begins.

What you get: A system blueprint. See exactly what's being built before work starts.
04
Build
1–3 weeks
Muhammad builds. You don't babysit.

Construction phase. Muhammad builds every workflow, integration, and automation himself — no junior developer, no subcontractor. You get async updates at key milestones. No daily standups. No ticket systems. If something needs a decision, Muhammad asks directly and concisely.

What you get: A running system, stress-tested against your real operation before you see it.
05
Testing & QA
3–5 days
Stress-tested before it goes live

Before handoff, Muhammad runs every automation through a set of real-world test scenarios — including edge cases your template-install agency never thought about. Parallel run where needed: old system stays live while the new one is validated. Nothing goes to production that hasn't been verified to work under actual conditions.

What you get: A system that works on day one — not one that breaks on the first unusual lead.
06
Handoff
You own it
Documented. Yours. No dependency.

You get a full walkthrough of every system built, a documentation package your team can actually use, and 30 days of support for anything that needs adjusting as real traffic hits the system. The goal is for your team to understand what was built and be able to operate it independently. You should never need to call Muhammad to understand what your own system does.

What you get: A documented, operational system your team owns. No ongoing dependency on FX unless you want it.
What We Don't Do

Things you won't
hear from us.

❌  Template installs called "custom"
We don't install snapshots and call them bespoke systems. Everything is designed and built around your specific business logic.
❌  Handing your project to a junior dev
The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. Muhammad doesn't subcontract work or hand off discovery notes to someone else.
❌  "We'll fix it in the next sprint"
Systems are stress-tested before handoff. We don't ship broken automation and patch it reactively in production.
❌  Automations that fail on edge cases
Every workflow has error handling and fallback paths built in. Real automation accounts for the scenarios that deviate from the happy path.
❌  Lock-in by design
The documentation and handoff process is designed to make you independent. We don't deliberately build complexity that requires ongoing support just to justify a retainer.
❌  Selling you GHL features you don't need
The platform is the vehicle. Your business problem is the destination. We build what solves your problem — not what looks impressive on a features list.
Common Questions

Before you book
the audit.

How long does a typical build take?

Most systems take 1–3 weeks from discovery to handoff. Simpler builds (adding automation to an existing CRM) can be done in 3–5 days. Larger full-stack builds with website, ads setup, and full automation take 3–4 weeks. The design phase at the start means no surprises mid-build.

Do I need to already be on GoHighLevel?

No. Muhammad handles the account setup, configuration, and migration from whatever you're currently using. If you're on HubSpot, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, or a custom stack — we migrate you cleanly. If you have nothing, we build from zero.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Access to your current tools (CRM, forms, ads accounts if relevant), a clear description of how leads come in and what should happen with them, and about 90 minutes of your time across the audit and discovery call. Muhammad handles the technical heavy lifting. You provide the business knowledge.

What happens after handoff — is there ongoing support?

Every engagement includes 30 days of post-handoff support. After that, you can continue with the Grow Retainer (monthly partner for ongoing maintenance and new automation) or operate fully independently. The documentation is designed for the latter — the retainer is for businesses that want a permanent systems partner as they scale.

How is this different from a typical GHL agency?

Most GHL agencies install snapshots (pre-built templates) and customise the surface level. FX designs the entire system architecture from scratch — custom fields, pipeline logic, workflow structure, and integrations — specifically for your business. The difference shows up 3 months later when a template breaks on an edge case and a custom build handles it silently.
