Systems Build

Your GHL system,
built from scratch.

Most GHL accounts are set up once and never properly configured. Pipelines that don't match the real sales process. Automations that fire at the wrong time. Custom fields nobody mapped. We build the whole system — architecture, automation, integrations — to match exactly how your business actually works.

The Problem

A misconfigured GHL
costs you more than no GHL.

Without FunnelXperts
Leads captured in one place, followed up from another — things fall through the gap
Pipeline stages that don't match your sales steps — no one trusts what they see
Automations built from YouTube tutorials that trigger at wrong times or not at all
Custom fields unmapped — CRM looks populated but data isn't usable
Owner manually following up because no one trusts the system to do it
With FunnelXperts
Single architecture — every lead source routes into one CRM with zero manual steps
Pipeline built around how you actually sell — stages your team actually use
Automation tested end-to-end before handoff — every trigger verified in staging
Full field mapping — every data point captured, labelled, and queryable
System runs follow-up sequences automatically — owner gets to work on the business
What We Build

Every component,
architected together.

CRM Architecture
Full contact and company structure built to match your lead and customer model. Custom fields mapped before any data enters the system.
Pipeline Design
Opportunity pipelines built around your actual sales stages — not GHL defaults. Multi-pipeline setups for different service lines or locations.
Automation Infrastructure
Core workflow automations: lead response, nurture sequences, appointment reminders, post-sale follow-up. Built in the right order with proper trigger logic.
Lead Source Integration
Every lead source connected — Meta Ads, Google Ads, website forms, Jobber, BookingKoala, Zapier chains — all routing into GHL correctly.
User & Team Setup
Team members configured with correct permissions and views. Sales team sees their pipeline. Admin sees everything. Nothing they shouldn't touch is accessible.
Testing & Handoff
Every automation tested with real scenarios before handoff. Complete documentation of the system architecture. 30-day post-launch support included.

FAQ

Build engagement
questions.

How long does a build take?

Most standard builds are complete in 10–14 days from the architecture sign-off. Complex multi-pipeline or multi-location builds take 2–3 weeks. Timeline is confirmed after the audit.

Do I need to already have a GHL account?

No. We set up the GHL sub-account as part of the build. If you'd like to get started on the 14-day free trial before we begin, you can do that — use our affiliate link so the trial account becomes the permanent one we build in.

What if I already have GHL set up but it's a mess?

This is the most common scenario. We audit your existing account, document what's worth keeping, and rebuild what isn't. Old automations are paused (not deleted) until the new ones are verified.

Will my team actually use it?

The team walkthrough is mandatory, not optional. We've seen too many systems built and abandoned because nobody explained the logic. Your team leaves knowing exactly what the system does and what they're responsible for.

What happens after the 30-day support period?

You have full ownership of the system and the documentation to operate it. Many clients engage us for ongoing automation work — new workflows, new integrations, seasonal campaigns. This is never a requirement.

Your GHL should run
the follow-up for you.
