We evaluate your existing tools during the audit. For most estimating platforms (Jobber, ServiceTitan, custom sheets), we can connect via webhook or API. Where direct integration isn't available, we use a simple trigger to start the automation when an estimate is marked as sent.

How are the annual reseal reminders timed?

Each completed job gets a 'completion date' tag in the CRM. The reminder automation fires exactly 12 months (or your chosen interval) after that date — specific to that customer, not a generic bulk send.
